6-Day admission promotional pricing

6-day admission passes allow access to the Fair for the entire week.

Admission wristbands/full-week digital passes are available for purchase online.

Advance purchase wristbands are available through the Fair Park Office through July 15th or during the Fair at any gate entry ticket window.

6-day admission wristband/digital pass fees: Adults 13 and over: $35 Youth Ages 7 to 12: $15 Children Ages 7 & under: Free admission

Military Day
Wednesday, July 23

Military identification must be presented at gate entry.

American Legion sponsors one free meal coupon (redeemable at the American Legion food stand only)

Disability Day
Thursday, July 24

Disability Day admissions: Contact the Washington County Fair Office before July 18th to obtain FREE Disability Day Carnival Ride tickets.

Disability Carnival Free Ride Passes 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm Thursday only. Disability ride wristbands are available ONLY through the Fair Park Office.

Frequently Asked Questions

For all performances, you will need an admission ticket and a reserved seat concert ticket.

In 2025, reserved seat concert tickets purchased for Friday and Saturday night headliner performances at the Silver Lining Amphitheater do NOT include general admission, unless you purchased a limited issue VIP ticket.

Admission tickets are sold separately.

If you purchased a reserved seat concert ticket for Thursday night, you will also receive an admission ticket (included) with your concert ticket.

  • General admission on Tuesday, July 23rd is $5 (one price, all ages).
  • General admission on Wednesday & Sunday is $10 for adults (ages 13 and above).
  • General admission on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday is $15.00
Yes. Headliner concerts at the Silver Lining Amphitheater can be enjoyed from the grass seating area (the hill) at no additional cost.
Children 6 years old and under are free. Youth ages 7 to 12 are $5.00 any day of the Fair.

6-day admission wristbands are available. $35.00 for adults, $15.00 for youth ages 7 to 12.

Military Day Promotion – Wednesday
All active and retired service persons plus one guest will receive free admission to the Fair on Wednesday. A military service ID is required.

Disability Day Promotion – Thursday
Please contact the Fair Park Office to arrange special admission pricing and carnival ride passes (12:00 pm to 2:00 pm) to redeem Thursday’s Disability Day promotion.

The admission cost for persons 65 years and above is $5.00/day.

General parking is always free! A limited number of reserved parking lots are available to park for $20.00 per day. Learn more about available parking here.

AIS memberships come with season pass privileges. Season passes associated with your membership level will be mailed to your home address on file in June. Please contact the Fair Park office if you did not receive your season pass wristband.

Rainbow Valley Rides operates the carnival during the Washington County Fair. Unlimited ride wristbands are available for purchase during special promotion times. See Carnival Promotions for days and times.

There are many different volunteer roles at the Fair. If you are volunteering directly with the Washington County Fair Park office, you will receive free admission on the day you are scheduled to volunteer, plus one general admission ticket to enjoy all the Fair has to offer on another day. All Fair Park direct volunteers must check in at the Fair Park Office, located in the West Bend Insurance Pavilion, prior to the start of your scheduled start time. You will be provided instructions and will sign in at the Volunteer Center.

If you are volunteering through a group or organization, please contact your group’s volunteer coordinator for admission access information.

If you are volunteering through 4-H, you must get your volunteer admission ticket/pass through your 4-H Project Leader or Co-ordinator.

If you are volunteering through the Farm Bureau or American Legion, please contact your coordinator for Fair Park access instructions.

Vendor registration includes a limited number of admission week passes or daily admission tickets. Additional tickets for your staff are available to purchase through the vendor registration portal.
