Welcome to the 2025 Washington County Fair Exhibitor Registration. Before you begin, please read the information in the 2025 Fair Premium Book. Individual department rules and class information are provided below for both Junior and Open Exhibitors. Exhibit drop off, animal arrivals, judging, and release/pick up times for each department are listed in the Premium Book. June 10th is the REGISTRATION DEADLINE to exhibit at the Washington County Fair for both Junior & Open Class participants.

For questions regarding your entries, your first reference is the 2025 Fair Premium Book. Should you need further assistance, please contact the department Superintendent or the Fair Park Office during office hours or via email. Registration packets can be picked up after June 25th at the Fair Park office. Admission pass fees, registration (recycling) fees, and camping fees must be paid in full prior to or at registration packet pick-up.

Exhibitor parking and camping information

Exhibitor RV camping

RV camping during the Washington County Fair is available beginning Saturday, July 19th, through Sunday, July 27 [end of day]. Limited RV camping spots are available to Fair Exhibitors and are issued on a first-come/first-served basis. RV Campers greater than 35 feet in length require an additional fee, or in some cases, a reservation of two RV spaces is required. Special accommodation and camper placement requests, due to the volume of applications, are NOT encouraged or guaranteed. RV CAMPING RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. Submission of an application constitutes acceptance of the Fair Camping Rules and acceptance that RV placement special requests are not guaranteed.

Exhibitor camping is now closed.

Approved exhibitor camping passes and location assignments are available for pickup at the Fair Park Office after July 1, 2025. Registration packets must be picked up prior to accessing the campground.

Exhibitor trailer parking & reserved lot parking

Availability for exhibitor trailer parking is first come/first serve. TRAILER REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

Exhibitors may request a trailer parking pass to keep their animal trailers inside the Fair Park grounds during the Washington County Fair. A trailer parking sticker is required. Trailer parking stickers are available through the Fair Park office.

A limited number of reserved parking lot passes are available for purchase at a discounted Exhibitor rate. Reserved parking lots will be marked from Tuesday through Sunday. However, due to limited resources, reserved lots will only be staffed on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, beginning at 12:00 pm on those days.
